ตำรับยา CAVERTA ประกอบด้วยตัวยา Sildenafil citrate ซึ่งเป็นตัวยาเดียวกับ Viagra ทุกประการ

- Caverta เป็นยาใช้กับท่านชายที่มีปัญหาอวัยวะไม่แข็งตัว, เพื่อให้แข็งตัวขณะมีเพศสัมพันธ์
- Caverta จะช่วยให้เลือดไปรวมตัวหรือคั่งตัวที่อวัยวะเพศ เพื่อให้แข็งตัว และจะหายปกติเมื่อเสร็จกิจกรรมเพศ
สัมพันธ์
- Caverta ไม่แนะนำให้ใช้กับผู้ที่เป็นโรคหัวใจ หรือ กำลังทานยาโรคหัวใจ
- Caverta เป็นยาที่ใช้สำหรับท่านชายที่เจอปัญหาอวัยวะไม่แข็งตัวเท่านั้น, ห้ามใช้กับเด็กหรือสตรี
ข้อบ่งใช้ในการักษาการหย่อนสมรรถภาพทางเพศในผู้ป่วยชายที่มีการแข็งตัวของ อวัยวะเพศผิดปกติ คือ
1 ขนาดยาที่แนะนำให้ใช้คือ 50 mg รับประทานก่อนมีเพศสัมพันธ์ประมาณ 1 ชม. (สำหรับ 100 mgให้หักครึ่ง)
2 อาจเพิ่มขนาดยา เป็น 100 mg. หรือลดลงเป็น 25 mg. ขึ้นกับประสิทธิผลและการทนทานต่อผลข้างเคียงของยา
3 ขนาดสูงสุดที่แนะนำ คือ 100 mg ความถี่ในการรับประทานยาสูงสุดไม่เกิน 1 ครั้งต่อวัน
4 สำคัญมากไม่ควรรับประทานยาก่อนหรือหลังดื่มแอลกฮอลล์ เนื่องจากจะทำให้อัตราการดูดซึมน้อยลง50%-70%
ข้อควรระวัง
1 ไม่แนะนำให้ใช้ในเด็ก และไม่มีข้อบ่งใช้ในเพศหญิง ตลอดจนห้ามใช้กับผู้ป่วยที่แพ้ต่อยานี้
2 ห้ามให้ยานี้ ร่วมกับ nitric oxide doners หรือยาไนเตรทรูปแบบอื่น ๆ

4 ไม่ควรใช้ยานี้เกินวันละ 1 เม็ด
อาการข้างเคียงที่พบบ่อยจากการใช้ยา มีดังนี้
1 ปวดศีรษะ หน้าแดง มึนงง อาหาร ไม่ย่อย คัดจมูก
2 มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงการมองเห็น อาจจะเป็นน้อยและชั่วคราว ส่วนใหญ่จะ เห็นสีแซม แต่ก็มีการเห็นแสงจ้าขึ้นหรือมองเห็นไม่ชัด
